Sunshine!

Hello.

I've been busy (again!)  The weather has warmed up quite a bit and we've even managed several days in the sun and had some family barbecues.

I've been having fun with my new camera, I used the rapid shutter to get these pictures of 'our' blue tits taking food into their young.

School has been all systems go, I had two days out, one for a cricket tournament (it's a hard job but someone has to do it) and a visit to The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge.
The kids had a fabulous time pond dipping, and found lots of creatures, the sticklebacks being their favourites.

We're starting our summer production 'The Wind in the Willows' which is performed in the last week of term so costume and scenery making is next on the agenda.

I've finished the baby blanket I was making for my teacher, I think the baby might need to be a girl.

I was random with the stripe pattern both colour and size.  Some stripes were 1 row, some 2 and some 4.
She was very pleased with it.

My beloved iPad decided it didn't fancy turning on one day, so I had to do (sob!) a factory reset.  Although I got all my apps back I had to start all over again.  It's nearly back to normal but I'm still having trouble with my email account. *sigh*

The garden is looking lovely despite me doing very little.
Hostas pre-slugs, I love hostas and have lots of different varieties.
The aquilega are looking great at the moment too, there are all sorts of crosses.

And lastly, the 'yarn' I'm using for for my current project.
Any guesses what it may be?

As always have fun, see you soon.........Clicky Needles.
