Today's Scavenger Hunt words, Signs of Spring.
Signs of spring are all around and they're making my heart sing.
Primroses are popping up everywhere in my garden, I love the delicate yellow, even though if you asked me, I'd say I don't really like yellow flowers.
My other signs of spring, snowdrops.
Although shoots are showing it is not warm here today.
I'm off to look at everyone else's signs of spring. Thanks Kate for organising.
Its amazing how a little thing like snowdrops and daffodils appearing brings such cheer to all after a rather cold winter. Love your photographs. x
ReplyDeleteGorgeous photos! Snowdrops are the best! My primary teacher used to tell us in class a fairy tale about the snowdrops which I can't remember what it was about. Anyhoo...that was about 60 odd years ago but I still always associate snowdrops with fairies and magic. keep well Amanda x
ReplyDeleteAlways nice to see primroses in a garden. They are beautiful. :)
ReplyDeleteExciting times ahead... Jo x
ReplyDeleteNow why didn't I think of taking a picture of my primulas? But I've enjoyed yours instead. My sister only likes yellow flowers if they are spring ones; so her garden has no yellow other than spring. But I love yellow!
ReplyDeleteI am with you on the yellow flowers, but I forgive them instantly because they herald spring!
ReplyDeleteI love the pale yellow of the primroses ... they always look so delicate but obviously they are anything but 😃
ReplyDeleteI like the primroses, such a delicate colour and very pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI always associate primroses with May, but they're blooming in my garden too - wild in the lawn which we haven't cut yet. Great to see Spring on the way
ReplyDeleteGorgeous flowers

I love the yellow, especially if there's purple near it! We only have snowdrops so far.
